How do I access BlockHaven's RPC services?
Visit dashboard.blockhaven.tech and connect your wallet. Your access tier is automatically determined based on your $BLOCK token holdings. $BLOCK tokens provide utility access only - no rewards or financial benefits are promised.
What wallets are supported?
Currently supporting Phantom and other popular wallet adapters. Backpack wallet support is being added in the next dashboard update.
How do I get $BLOCK tokens?
$BLOCK tokens can be purchased on Axiom trading platform. Track the token price on DexScreener.

What are the current access tiers?
Do tiers change based on token price?
Yes, tiers are dynamic and automatically adjust based on the current $BLOCK token price. Your access level updates in real-time as your token balance changes.
Is there a free tier available?
Currently, access requires holding $BLOCK tokens. We're working on introducing a free tier for testing and development purposes.

What's the difference between RPC and WebSocket?
RPC (Remote Procedure Call) is for standard API requests, while WebSocket provides real-time data streaming. Solana WebSocket is currently available in US region only for live updates and notifications.
Are there any geographical restrictions?
Solana WebSocket is currently limited to US region. All other RPC endpoints are globally available with optimized routing for low latency.

How do I integrate BlockHaven RPC into my application?
After connecting your wallet on the dashboard, you'll receive secure JWT tokens and endpoint URLs. Check our GitHub repository for integration examples and helper scripts.
What if I exceed my rate limit?
Requests beyond your tier's rate limit will be throttled. Consider upgrading your $BLOCK token holdings to access higher tiers, or contact us for custom enterprise solutions.
How do I test RPC response times?
We provide PowerShell scripts for testing RPC node response times. These are available in our GitHub repository along with other testing utilities.
Is there monitoring and analytics available?
Advanced RPC analytics and monitoring are currently in development. High-tier users will have access to real-time metrics, error tracing, and performance insights.
Security & Privacy
How secure are the RPC endpoints?
All endpoints use secure JWT authentication and HTTPS encryption. We offer private endpoints with IP whitelisting for enterprise customers requiring additional security.
Do you store or monitor my transactions?
We prioritize privacy and don't store transaction data. Our infrastructure is designed for high-performance access without compromising user privacy.
What happens if my wallet is compromised?
If your wallet is compromised, immediately transfer your $BLOCK tokens to a secure wallet. Your RPC access will automatically adjust based on your new token balance.
